ITS has been advised that students and staff may not receive emails generated from Blackboard.
ITS is currently working to resolve this issue as a priority.
In the meantime, please avoid sending emails from within Blackboard as there’s a possibility recipients won’t receive them.
Teaching staff who wish to send emails to their students should use the SELS email list. Information on the SELS email list can be found at: http://www.rmit.edu.au/staff/it/sels
As part of maintenance to Blackboard, work will be undertaken to the system between 2am and 6am (AEDT) on Sunday 8 March 2015. During this time, the system will be unavailable for students and staff. If you require access to Blackboard, please do so outside of this time.
Please note that the Notifications tool in Blackboard has been deactivated and unavailable for use. This is a known issue with the current version of Blackboard.
